
Soya chap Curry can be made in various way. I will share one recipe for Soya Chap Curry.
Ingredients:
Onion: 2 Pcs
Ginger & Garlic Paste: 2 Spoon
Tomato: 1 Pcs
Green Chili: 3–4 Pcs
Capsicum: 2 PCs
Coriander Powder: 1 Tbs(Table Spoon)
Cumin Powder: 1 Tbs
Black Pepper Powder: 1/2 Spoon
Turmeric: 1/4 Tbs
Garam Masala: 1 Tbs
Red Chili Powder: 1 Tbs
Oil: 1/2 Cup
Salt: As per taste

Preparations:
- Chop onions you can keep larger pieces of it. Also chop Green Chili and Tomato. Also chop Capsicum.
- Heat the kadahi and add oil to this. Once oil is hot put Ginger Garlic Paste. and Chopped Green Chili roast it for a minute.
- Now add Onion, Capsicum,Tomato to this and fry this for 2–3 minutes.
- .Now add all the Masala into the and Salt now cover this and cook for 10 Minutes.
- You will feel really good smell. Now turn off the gas and let this mixture get cool.
- Now put this ready mixture and grinder and grind it. Keep it as much smooth you want the gravy/Puree.
- Your puree is ready now final preparation time.
- Heat Kadahi and Add 2 Spoon oil in Kadahi. Now put Tej Patta, Badi Ilaychi and 1 red Chili in this now add puree in this and add your Soya Chops and cook this for another 10 minutes.
- Now sprinkle Garam Masala a little before turning off the stove. And use Coriander Leaf to Garnish.
